The Sr. Manager Product Management role for Value Based Care (VBC) and Reporting will be responsible for ensuring we meet and maintain regulatory compliance in key areas such as our Value Based Care (VBC) and Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) programs, and to lead the strategy for our overall clinical reporting teams to advance our technical and analytic capabilities for internal operations and external consumers.
Additionally, This role will help align these ongoing initiatives into a prioritized roadmap across our electronic medical record (EMR), advanced analytics, and decision support technology teams to help deliver on both our regulatory requirements and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain expertise for ongoing regulatory trends, timing, and requirements for our Oncology practices and serve as a subject matter expert for Ontada technology.
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess potential impacts on products and operations.
- Manage a roadmap and backlog to support development efforts.
- Engage and help drive opportunities for analytics to be leveraged to enhance patient outcomes and proactively help clinicians monitor against benchmarks in everyday care.
- Define product release plans, priorities and schedules; align key groups to the key reporting and release plans.
- Coordinate with other product managers to translate their metrics for product success into reporting requirements to be prioritized and planned in a centralized development roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to grow Ontada Value Based Care programs within the market.
- Manage communications with users to announce product issues, technology changes and release plans.
Minimum Requirement
- BS Degree or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years of management experience leading a development team as a product role
Critical Skills
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and strong communication skills to translate these into tangible needs across various product workstreams.
- Analytics and technical product management experience.
- Ability to lead teams through effective product development operations.
Additional Skills
- Excellent understanding of product management lifecycle and processes, including discovery and implementation.
- Experience with AI in healthcare technology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical and leadership teams.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to coordinate with stakeholders.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to craft go-to-market strategies.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate needs to a product roadmap and vision.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs), patient portals, and interoperability of data.
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud and how that integrates with the EHR and Product Management landscape.
- Knowledge of user experience and how to integrate user-driven designs into a product vision.
