Who are we looking for?
An inquisitive and driven college student, actively enrolled in a Marketing or Business degree program or related field that is interested in assisting with a Product Marketing team initiative to centralize, enrich and focus key target market details for an upcoming campaign. This individual will demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication and research skills along with high attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
This is a 10-week program beginning June 18, 2025, and ending August 27, 2025. This will be a part-time (up to 29 hours/week maximum) with the potential to go full-time in the future role.
What does the position pay?
The hourly compensation for this role is $20.00 for undergraduate students and $21.00 for graduate students.
What will you do?
- Utilize the marketing B2B database and intelligence platform ZoomInfo to query predefined criteria (e.g., annual revenue, market segment, job title, business function) and identify new key target accounts and contacts.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to import new accounts into Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Review and update target segment lists (e.g., DME (Durable Medical Equipment), Radiology, Laboratory, Hospital, and Pharmacy) to ensure accurate company and contact information.
- Conduct data validation and research to maintain the integrity of Salesforce data.
- Work with marketing team to analyze the relationship between independent radiology accounts and hospitals.
- Collaborate with marketing team to identify and implement additional Salesforce fields that enhance account visibility and relationship mapping.
- Assist in drafting marketing content and managing publisher content syndication campaigns in Teamwork.
- Focus on strategic segments (e.g., DME, Radiology, Laboratory, Hospital, and Pharmacy), ensuring content alignment with campaign goals.
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor landscape, and industry news impacting key market segments.
- Suggest blog topics based on market insights and collaborate with Tina Voss to draft and refine blog content.
This is an onsite position at our office in San Diego, CA.
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- Must be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or relevant discipline.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel) or Google for Work applications (Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaboration and facilitation skills
