Meet The Team

Founded in 1999, Dexcom, Inc. provides continuous glucose monitoring technology to help patients and their clinicians better manage diabetes. Since our inception, we have focused on better outcomes for patients, caregivers, and clinicians by delivering solutions for people with diabetes - while empowering our community to take control of diabetes. At Dexcom you can make a difference in the lives of millions across the world!

In this role, you will be part of the Supply Chain Distribution Resource Planning Team, supporting Finish Goods inventory transitions, movement, and programs. This role will also help with program launches and develop a process to highlight E&O risk and End of Life Planning.

Where You Come In

  • Build, monitor inventory projections
  • Analyze and update on target stocking levels
  • Forecast 3PL, warehouse shipment plans
  • Create and present quarterly inventory KPIs
  • Evaluate E&O including short dated expiration lots
  • Lead continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives
  • Support/deliver project deliverables including system testing, master data setting, documentation.
  • Implement best practice process, systems and policies
  • Problem solve and proactively align with core team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to document, stay organized to meeting timely deliverables

What Makes You Successful

  • Self-starter comfortable clearly communicating and leading cross functional meetings
  • Work environment is fast paced and must be able to balance multiple deadlines
  • Intermediate to Advance user with MS Office documents especially Excel, Word Doc, Power Point, Outlook
  • Completed courses specific in Supply Chain and Lean Six Sigma
  • Experience with developing and managing project/program management
  • Experience with ERP and Supply Chain Advance Modules

  • 5-15%

Experience And Education Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5 - 8 years of related experience.
