ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation and relationship-building are key? We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Leader to drive ales initiatives, forge lasting partnerships, and position our company at the forefront of the construction management project services industry. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the company’s growth trajectory and delivering high-value solutions to major clients.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead Business Growth: Oversee and direct daily sales operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Expand Market Reach: Identify and engage key organizations across diverse verticals, including QSR, data center construction project management, data center scheduling, banking, big box, healthcare, retail, multi-site construction, restaurant, grocery, hospitality, airport, automotive, convenience store/petroleum, and EV charging.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop deep, long-term connections with decision-makers and stakeholders to drive sustained success.
  • Create Strategic Plans: Analyze market trends and client needs to craft and execute winning sales strategies.
  • Close High-Value Deals: Identify, qualify, and secure clients that align with our ideal profile, leading the charge in proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Cross-Sell Services: Leverage your expertise to introduce clients to our full suite of offerings across multiple business lines.
  • Represent Us on a National Stage: Attend and speak at industry conferences, expanding our presence and influence.
  • Mentor & Lead: Supervise and guide team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A strategic thinker with 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within construction management, design-build, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • A strong network within the industry and a track record of building high-value client relationships.
  • Experience working with RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, and project management software.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the U.S. to engage clients and attend industry events.
