Description
As a Quality Assurance (QAE) Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze, improve and implement effective QA strategies and methodologies
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that the software is designed and developed with quality standards
- Establish guidelines and procedures to enhance the testing process and improve the overall quality of the software
- Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures accordingly.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective testing strategies that align with the goals of the project.
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# or .NET.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to testing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
