The Business Analyst will support global Customer Service and Commercial initiatives within the CCG IT Global Commercial Applications team. This role involves working with business stakeholders and IT teams to define and improve business processes through technology solutions that align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, supporting project execution, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. The role also involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and assisting with testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements through interviews, observations, and collaborative discussions.
  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Create documentation, including user stories, functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases.
  • Work with IT teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure business goals are met.
  • Support testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, by developing test scenarios and validating solutions.
  • Provide expertise on system functionality and business processes.
  • Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to facilitate communication and decision-making.
  • Lead smaller projects and coordinate meetings between business and IT teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within an IT delivery team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Salesforce.com. Preferred experience in Genesys, Incentive Compensation Management, or ERP systems.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create user stories, functional requirements, and process diagrams.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Commercial, Digital Marketing, Product Management, or Customer Service teams.
  • Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
  • Interest in learning new technologies and improving business processes.
