We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Pharmacy Technician to join the team at a LTC pharmacy. This is a direct-hire opportunity for candidates with strong order entry (OE) experience, preferably in long-term care (LTC) or high-volume retail pharmacy settings.
Schedule & Hours
Monday Friday: 8 AM 8 PM
Saturday Sunday: 10 AM 6 PM
Rotating shifts every 3-4 weeks (opening, closing, and weekend shifts)
Schedules provided in advance to ensure fairness in shift distribution
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently enter prescriptions
Troubleshoot prescription and patient data entry discrepancies
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of prescription processing
Work closely with pharmacists and Order Entry leadership to achieve departmental goals
Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician license required
PTCB/National Certification preferred
1-2 years of OE experience required (LTC experience preferred, retail OE experience considered)
Strong computer skills and experience with Frameworks/DocuTrack is a plus
