Our Clinical Solutions Director role is a critical position within QuVa’s organization. Once you complete our comprehensive training, your responsibilities will include gaining an in-depth understanding of QuVa’s products, technologies, and security to effectively advance deals through the sales pipeline. The Clinical Solutions Director sits at the crossroads of sales and advanced technology, ensuring that prospective and current customers are confident in our software and data solutions. Responsibilities May Include
- Partner with VP’s of Sales, Sales Directors, and Business Development Representatives to identify and close Pharmacy Enterprise Platform and module SaaS and Professional Services agreements with healthcare systems in a Subject Matter Expert capacity
- Demonstrate the LogicStream Health Enterprise Platform and modules, with a focus on value, through online presentations, phone calls, and in-person customer meetings
- Perform product demonstrations that spotlight the features and benefits of the LogicStream Health solutions, while also addressing the specific needs of the customer
- Anticipate and communicate potential sales risks, issues, or dependencies
- Partner with internal teams including Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Development and Data Intelligence to deliver market feedback to help inform future strategies of our solutions, product vision and product strategy
- Work with senior leaders to develop professional services programs to assure value creation for clients
- Play an active and visible role in the marketplace from a thought leadership perspective
- Effectively convey the value of the LogicStream Health platform and modules to senior level healthcare leaders and decision makers in the healthcare technology sector
- Support LogicStream Health at industry events (in-person and virtual), as a speaker, thought leader or subject matter expert
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D. preferred
- 7+ years in healthcare operations, compliance and/or clinical in a health system setting with specific experience with the flow of clinical and pharmacy data through the patient experience
- Background of successfully navigating complex sales cycles and processes, and an ability to “hold the room” with senior-level executives and decision makers
- Deep experience in the healthcare marketplace, with the critical thinking and listening skills needed to understand the intricacies of clinical data and operational workflows
- Familiarity with health system procurement processes and nuances
- Demonstrated experience developing and formulating clinical intelligence policies and programs in a healthcare setting with a keen understanding of the impact of those policies on workflows within the organization
- Experience identifying, analyzing, investigating, and resolving clinical data-related anomalies and cases in a hospital setting, including monitoring, surveillance, and security of clinical data
- Experience working with electronic medical records, dispensing systems, supplier data and other important pharmacy data preferably on multiple platforms
- Demonstrated experience working alongside clinical staff as well as technical staff. Must be able to translate complex analytical features to customer clinical and nursing staff, and also represent customer requests in user stories/functional requirements that can be utilized by the LogicStream Health product team
- Experience directly managing and/or acting as a contributing team member with a demonstrated history of success with clinical intelligence in a hospital setting
- Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Additional healthcare certifications or licenses are a plus, but not required
