Job Summary
The Associate Project Manager oversees the development and implementation of products and services, managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Responsibilities include estimating project effort, developing plans and budgets, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality using standard methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using Microsoft Project.
- Oversee project execution, assign tasks, track progress, and implement contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Identify and resolve project issues in collaboration with teams and customers.
- Mentor junior project managers and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience. Equivalent experience considered.
- Skills: Strong understanding of project management principles, business functions, and technical concepts.
- Competencies: Analytical problem-solving, risk assessment, and decision-making within defined processes.
