The Product team at Omnicell is seeking a talented Senior Director, Product Operations to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within Omnicell,
In this role you will drive successful completion of large cross-functional initiatives. This role involves working closely with senior leadership teams to shape, prioritize and deliver successfully. You will provide oversight and strategic direction to cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery to drive business outcomes. The Product Center of Excellence and Product PMO teams will report directly to you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of programs across product lifecycle stages (NPI, Maintenance, EOL) for timely and high-quality delivery. Serve as liaison between Product PMO, cross-functions and Senior Leadership
- Steer decision making, escalation and risk management
- Drive cross-functional collaboration while fostering accountability and excellence with a learning mindset. Identify and implement process improvements.
- Be a change champion. Strong ability to influence others and drive results
- Drive development and retention of the team.
- Drive outcomes and performance through data and metrics.
Required Skills And Knowledge
- BS degree in Engineering or Technology majors with 10+ years of product or program management experience. MBA strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in cross-functional program / project management with both hardware and software offerings. Proficient in Product Management and Project Management Methodologies.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with ability to communicate with difficult stakeholders.
- Comprehensive coaching skills with a proven ability to have challenging conversations.
Preferred qualifications:
- Change management or process redesign experience is a plus.
- Medical Device or Pharmacy industry experience is a strong plus
