Entry Level in the Manufacturing Department. Fluid Bed Processing Operator I is responsible for safely operating the Fluid Bed Processor equipment and to ensure operations are completed in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and maintaining 100% cGMP & compliance
Essential Functions:
- Performs all duties necessary to produce products, which includes setup, preparation, cleaning, testing and operation of manufacturing equipment as required. Must be familiar with dew points, temperature controls and Cubic Feet per Meter (CFM). Will deal directly with (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Coating.
- Ensure that equipment is clean and set-up per SOPs for each production run.
- Maintain the equipment in good working order, reporting any issues to Supervisor or Manager.
- Adjust machine as necessary during the batch run as required. Perform visual and physical inspections of in-process and finished materials following procedures and the production Batch Record.
- Properly label all in process and finished product, and perform all documentation and pertinent paperwork according to standard procedures.
- Follow all company policies for safety, cGMPs, Quality and other operations.

Qualifications
Education:
- High School or GED General HS Curriculum - Preferred
Experience:
- less than one year in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing environment
Skills:
- Required to read, write, and communicate in English - Intermediate
- High school level math and mechanical skills - Intermediate
- Flexible to work extended hours when required - Intermediate
- Ability to work as part of a team - Intermediate
- Attention to detail and accuracy - Intermediate
The hourly base salary for this position ranges from
$17.50 to $23.50 per hour. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of base salary that Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting.
