Position: Travel Electrophysiology Nurse (EP RN)
Location: York, PA
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrophysiology Nurse (EP RN) to join our team as a travel nurse in York, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiac electrophysiology and be able to provide compassionate and skilled care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist with EP procedures including catheter ablation, pacemaker implantation, and cardioversion
- Monitor patients during procedures and provide post-procedure care
- Educate patients on their condition and treatment plan
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during stressful procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or Compact license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology nursing
- EPIC charting experience required
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
