Job Overview
As the Order Entry (OE) Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you will oversee the efficient and accurate entry of prescriptions into the Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system, ensuring smooth pharmacy operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the order entry process, ensuring prescriptions are entered swiftly and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve prescription/patient data entry discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and precise input of prescription and patient information.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet departmental goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Active Maryland Pharmacy Technician license (required).
- PTCB/National Certification (preferred).
- 3+ years of order entry experience (long-term care experience preferred, retail OE experience considered).
- Leadership experience that reflects strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Frameworks/DocuTrack system (preferred).
- Strong computer skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and a positive, growth-focused attitude.
