We are seeking a full-time Project Manager (Pharmacy Automation - Central Fulfillment) who is part of a dynamic team working to develop healthcare products that enhance patient care, safety and caregiver workflow. Position Location: Remote (Location preference = Texas or Chicago)
As the Project Manager, your contributions to the team will include:
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and automation technology.
- Lead the planning and implementation of central fill automation projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers and internal resources to ensure project deadlines and installation schedules are delivered on-time and as expected.
- Serve as subject matter expert for all technologies in Capsa deployed products in pharmacy automation.
What we ask of you:
- Required: BS degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration or related subject
- Required: 5 years of experience in project management, healthcare construction, healthcare technology, or pharmacy automation
- Travel: 25% - 50% travel to customer sites (Domestic & International)
- Preferred: PMP or equivalent project management certification
