Ecolab is seeking an experienced, professional, and dynamic
Administrative Assistant III to provide support to Global High Tech GM and leadership team. This position will perform executive assistant duties including handling highly confidential information.
To be successful in this role you must be high-energy, organized, and a self-starter who initiates and anticipates, communicates well, and has excellent project management, writing, and Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new technology platforms.
This is an on-site position at our Ecolab campus in
Naperville, IL.
What You Will Do
- Proactively manage calendars (Outlook) and schedule meetings for multiple executives.
- Produce high-quality presentations and other documents in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Store documents and manage group access to SharePoint and Teams sites.
- Make travel arrangements including logistics, agendas, developing itineraries, booking flights and accommodations.
- Prepare expense reports for executives and execute financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and manage accurate processing of departmental invoices.
- Provide support to the broader team and division internal communications.
- Manage projects as requested such as supporting annual recognition events and external engagements.
- Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling priorities for self, and executives.
- Support data and reporting needs of the field and corporate account sales organizations.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of professional experience
- Experience as an assistant reporting directly to senior management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Understanding of deadlines with minimal supervision
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and effectively manage sensitive information
- Excellent organization, project management, and problem-solving skills with attention to quality
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; friendly and professional demeanor
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI, and Microsoft Outlook with the ability to become familiar with other key programs such as Workday
- Previous experience analyzing business insights and updating leadership on the results
Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $61,800.00 - $92,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
