Position Summary:We are looking for a Director of Posting Services to join our Technology Enabled Services team. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Financial Processing & Posting Services and will play a crucial role in helping our company manage its revenue services effectively.
In this position, the Director will help plan, develop, and implement strategies that support our company's goals. They will work to strengthen athenahealth's position in the market and promote a culture of innovation and commitment within the organization.
You should be a natural leader who inspires and motivates others. You need to understand business strategies well and use that knowledge to create solutions that improve our services. You should be able to adapt your team to meet different needs while keeping an eye on priorities that will help achieve budget and quality goals. This role requires supporting a fast-growing company in a changing and regulated industry. You will foster a shared mindset and team spirit across the organization and lead by example.
