Job Description:
In this role, the Production Worker will be responsible for:
- Visually inspecting edges of wipers for seal quality according to product-specific work instructions and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Operating bag-sealing equipment.
- Inspecting, identifying, and reporting defects and/or contamination in the product
- Inspecting finished goods for shipment.
- Weighing, documenting, and discarding equipment scrap.
- Preparing and packaging finished goods for shipment.
- Notifying machine operators to make adjustments to machines to correct variables producing defects or the quality product.
- Following all quality guidelines in the performing of job functions.
- Maintaining equipment in a clean contamination control state.
- Maintaining organized paperwork and records.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Training new associates on all aspects of job function.
- Working in other functional areas to improve the flexibility of job assignments
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Description
In this role, the Machine Operator will perform the following duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment.
- Complete changeovers.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments.
- Inspect products and identify defects.
- Input data into various operating systems to control variables to produce consistent material.
- Maintain production level to standard along with keeping accurate records.
- Act as a lead and mentor for other employees.
- Train others on machine specific procedures as well as best practices.
- Maintain safety and housekeeping requirements.
- Perform special projects when necessary
- Perform all other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or the equivalent of 6-12 months related experience required.
- Basic math and computer skills are required along with the ability to read and understand rulers.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to read English and comprehend standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.
- Capability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, pictorial, or diagram form.
- Must be able to regularly stand, stoop, kneel, lift, move, or transport up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a critical contamination control environment, requiring the use of special gowning which includes the use of a facemask and latex gloves.
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts and overtime as required.
- Ability to see clearly at a distance of 20” or less with or without a corrective lens.
