Overview: Soliant Education is seeking an enthusiastic Middle School Science Teacher for an hourly contract position in Chicago, IL. As a Middle School Science Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to ignite students' curiosity and passion for science through engaging lessons and hands-on experiments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a dynamic science curriculum aligned with state standards.
- Teach various science topics, including life science, physical science, and earth science.
- Conduct laboratory experiments and investigations to reinforce scientific concepts.
- Foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills through inquiry-based learning.
- Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance science instruction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science Education or related field.
- Valid Illinois teaching certification with an endorsement in Middle School Science.
- Previous experience teaching middle school science preferred.
- Strong knowledge of science content and inquiry-based teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
