Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver dynamic reading lessons aligned with state standards.
- Assess and evaluate student reading progress, providing feedback and individualized support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages a love for reading.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education, Literacy, or a related field.
- Valid Florida teaching certification for elementary education.
- Strong understanding of 5th-grade reading curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
