Experience And Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
- High School Diploma or GED is required (proof of certification must be provided).
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Technology, Head of Marketing, and Head of Strategic Operations.
- Coordinate and manage meeting schedules, logistics, and event planning.
- Maintain and update calendars for department heads.
- Process travel expenses and reports using Concur.
- Arrange catering for meetings, including food and beverages.
- Handle the procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Effectively multitask and collaborate with various departments and team members.
