Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Full-Life Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, OH, supporting supply chain and R&D divisions. This role focuses on mid-grade positions, including entry-level logistics roles, and requires expertise in managing the entire recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume review, candidate screening, and forwarding shortlisted resumes to hiring managers.
- Utilize Workday ATS (or other ATS experience) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Handle a high-volume workload of 25-35 requisitions for various professional roles.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers while maintaining a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree acceptable; High school diploma with 15+ years of relevant experience also considered.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of corporate recruiting experience in a large organization (agency recruiters are not eligible).
- Proven ability to recruit for professional roles and demonstrate multitasking capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a "go-getter" attitude, with a willingness to think outside the box.
