Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision: Define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap, driving alignment across stakeholders.
End-to-End Development: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery of MVPs and subsequent iterations.
Customer-Centric Design: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to execute the product strategy.
Metrics and Success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success post-launch.
Minimum Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.
Demonstrated success in taking products from concept to market (0 to 1).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the compliance or supply chain domains.
Technical background or ability to engage deeply with engineering teams.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
